The Palmetto Palace Mobile Health Unit will be in North Charleston (Success St. location) on Saturday, April 12th! The mobile health unit will be offering on-site clinics, free routine labs, and dental services from 8am-4pm for Medicaid and/or uninsured/unfunded patients. Please bring an identification card if possible as well as any medications you are currently taking. Open to individuals ages 15+.

Women's Health (Pap Smears, Referrals for Mammograms, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STDs))
Mental Health Navigation (Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9))
Preventative Dental Services (Dental cleanings, Dental sealants, Oral hygiene counseling, Dental exams, X-rays, and extractions)
Free on-site medications plus access to the Chicora Community Choice Market from 9am-3pm!
